AFC Division Titles on the Line in Week 15

Three AFC clubs can clinch division titles in Week 15 of the NFL season, although two teams are going to need help to make it happen.

The 10-3 New England Patriot travel to Miami to take on the 7-6 Dolphins. The Pats, who are early 3-point favorites at Bovada, can clinch the AFC East with a victory, but will be facing a Dolphins team on the playoff bubble; tied with the Baltimore Ravens, who own the tiebreaker and currently lay claim to the final AFC Wild Card spot. Recent history is not on the side of Miami. The Patriots are 9-1 SU in their last 10 against Miami, outscoring the Dolphins by a combined 318-169. Despite this dominance, the Pats are just are 6-3-1 ATS in those games.

Meanwhile, the Ravens visit Detroit for an inter-conference battle against the 7-6 Lions, who are 7-point favorites at 5Dimes sportsbook. The Ravens remain in the hunt in the AFC North, but just barely; trailing division-leading Cincinnati by two games with only three weeks remaining.

The Bengals visit the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, and are currently 3-point favorites at Bovada. A win over the Steelers guarantees Cincy a playoff berth, and if combined with a Ravens loss, the AFC North title. Pittsburgh remains in the wild card hunt theoretically, but are longshots. Hope for the Steelers lies in their recent success at home; 3-1 SU in their last four at Heinz Field. Pittsburgh is also 5-2 SU in their last seven versus the Bengals, but lost the last two times they faced Cincy, both SU and ATS.

The Denver Broncos have already clinched a playoff spot, but can lock up the AFC West title with a win over San Diego, coupled with a loss by Kansas City. With a SU record of 6-7, the Chargers are grasping slim wild card hopes; needing a win in Denver along with losses by Baltimore and Miami to stay in the race. The Chargers are 12-point underdogs at 5Dimes, but have been a solid 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven visits to Mile High.
